Google revealed its new OS SDK kit with many enhanced features. The smartphones powered with new Android 2.0 aims to give a tough competition to existing series of iPhones. Verizon had already glimpsed the highlights of its first Android powered mobile in an “iDoesn’t than what does?” ad campaign.

It includes Exchange support which enables all the emails from multiple accounts to be combined in a single inbox making it easier to browse them in one page.

Multiple accounts can be added to the contacts for email and contact synchronization, including Exchange accounts.

A wiser dictionary learns and revises from word usage and automatically engrosses contact names as suggestions.

For Browning the Browser experience Android 2.0 brings with it refreshed UI with actionable browser URL that enables users to directly tab the address bar for instant searches and navigation. It supports double-tab zoom, bookmarking web pages and HTML 5 with geolocation API support.

It includes Media framework and Bluetooth.

For Developers new Android 2.0 brings SDK kit Google also announced to them that they should get prepared as there will be incorporate some version updates till the year’s end.

Although new Android Open Source has arrived but its yet not clear that whether all the existing Android powered mobiles will get upgraded to it as in some cases hardware requirements could forbid this upgrade.
