The Motorola MILESTONE XT720 is the first Motorola Android smartphone with a slim 8 megapixel camera. This model is 10.9 mm thick and capacitive touchscreen Android 2.1 allows also watching videos in high definition (HD). Indeed, the XT720 MILESTONE enjoys an 8-megapixel camera with a Xenon flash, 10x digital zoom and 720p HD camcorder. Droid Eris coming with Motorola Droid on Nov 6 @$99

After Motorola Droid next in series is HTC Droid Eris coming on Verizon network. Verizon instead of directing only towards high-end smartphones requiring heavy price, is also looking for every once needs through its relatively cheaper and less featured cell phone.

Though Verizon has not aired much for Droid Eris but report via Engadget confirms the release date of Eris is same as that of Motorola Droid.

Featuring 528 MHz Qualcomm and 320×480 screen operating on Android 1.5 OS this Droid member comes with 8 GB MicroSD card, Bluetooth, 5 Megapixel camera.

Droid Eris shares its features from HTC Hero and will have multitouch and the Sense UI, visual voicemail, Wi-Fi, MS Exchange Sync, Media Uploader(for Facebook, Flickr, Picas, Gmail,) Google services, news widgets, and Footprints Geo-tagging for photos. The HTML Browser supports Flash Lite.

The full retail price is $199 with a $100 rebate and as reported will be in stores on Nov. 6.
