Adobe photo editing application has now touched the Android platform too.
Adobe Systems launched the new application for Android users on Friday. The app tools users to edit, crop, rotate and flip the images. The app also provides users the ability to access their online photo collection on Photoshop.com.
Simple editing UI of the adobe apps makes editing
easier for users as the interface let users slide their fingers across the screen to edit and they can also undo the undesired changes done to the photo.
Though Android user gets a new tool to straighten a shot against a grid which their counterpart iPhone/iPod users don’t have yet, but Adobe Android users will have to be satisfied with little less featured application. Filter effect menu and sketch tool is absent in Android apps.
The new app also has an auto-uploader feature that can automatically upload the photos taken from Android devices to cloud storage at Photoshop.com which facilitates users with 2 GB online photo storage.
The apps was greeted with great enthuse among the iPhone holders, Adobe hope a little litter version will still appeal Android users to try out for the Photoshop for Android app.
