China’s Black Hawk Safety Net website is the biggest training website for hackers. The site teaches the lesson how to hack and sell downloads of malicious software. After the issue of Google pull out of China, hacking has become more sensitive in the country.
The Black Hawk Safety Net organization was found in 2005 and its headquarters is in Xuchang city, Henan Province, which is near to Hubei. With the help of this organization, the subscribers learned how hack others financial accounts and how to steal funds from others accounts. To teach such kind of lessons, the organization charges 100 to 2, 000 Yuan.
This hacker training website, very openly enrolled thousands of subscribers through online and the site thought them the lessons of cyber attack and supplied them malware like Trojan software. As we all know, Trojans is major virus that controls the computers illegally. So far, the hacker website has recruited more than 12,000 paying members and 170,000 free members.
The hacker website mainly target on students and the students download Trojan software from the site for fun in order to control others computer and few other people attack the account of others to make fortune. Hacking process is very simple to do and mostly dropped out school students do it for money.
Totally, there are three organizers of the site arrested so far by the police of Hubei. One of the local media said that the police already had raid in last November but there is no idea why they didn’t take further actions.

Black Hawk Safety Net was not in Web and the site is totally unavailable but still it was not clear when the shut down process took place and the Hubei government also denies remarking on this issue.
Hubei police not only arrested three organizers of the website but they also freeze million dollars assets of the hacker organization. Apart from that, Hubei police seized five computers, nine servers and other associated websites. However, there is no idea whether these accusers or their hacking website associate with the recent cyber attack on Google.
