Analyst forecast: Apple Table will hit market by spring 2010

Here comes another hint for Apple Tablets. And this time the news brings with it not only the existence of Apple Tablets but also says that it may launch around March or April.

As reported via Fortune, Yair Reiner, an analyst at Oppenheimer based on his supply chain sources has revealed that Apple is readying itself to manufacture approximately one million tablets per month.

It is noteworthy to mentions there is yet not any official announcement for the launch of Apple Tablet, infact this news line-ups the other Apple Tablet humors.

Among other goodies about Apple Table, Reiner describes that the Tablet would have a 10.1-inch multi-touch display based on LTPS LCD technology, contradictory to OLED technology rumored in earlier reports. The display technology will be like those used in iphones.

About the pricing issue, according to Yair Reiner the Tablet could have average selling price of $1,000.

Another indication he talks about is “a very attractive proposal”, according to him Apple has been approaching U.S. book publishers for distributing their contents, which is an App Store with 30% for Apple and 70% to publishers from the revenue generated, with no exclusivity requirements.

The offer seems to be much better in the present scene when Amazon gives a 50/50 share for Kindle/publisher. Amazon’s terms force exclusivity for 30/70 split.

“Apple’s tablet would make ebooks more attractive for the education market by simplifying functions such as scribbling marginalia.” says Yair Reiner.
